Held outdoor local to New Woman / Total Fitness our friendly Boot camp fitness classes are based upon simple, yet effective basic movement patterns executed at high intensity. These workouts deliver time-tested measurable health and fitness improvements. This technique delivers the most effective broad-based fitness results in the most efficient manner possible.

£5 -per session

Minimum of 10 people per class paid in advance (non refundable)
6PM -7 PM  Thursday 9am-10am Saturday
